Saturday December 16th 2017 was a special day with a public ordination taking place at the Auckland Buddhist Centre. Geoff Walker became Dhiramuni, having been privately ordained by Ratnavyuha a week earlier at Sudarshanaloka, and then publicly ordained by Purna.  About 80 Order members, mitras and friends were present.

As you have heard, Surana died suddenly just over two weeks ago, and the cremation was held in Zaragosa in Northern Spain on Friday 8th December, attended by some people from the UK and many of Surana’s Spanish friends and colleagues.
