Sunday - Buddha's Advice on Living Well

By shraddhavani on Fri, 18 Nov, 2016 - 15:44

In the Buddha’s day, those of his followers who were not forest-dwelling monks or nuns but stayed in their homes with their families were called “householders.” This week Dh. Khemavassika will share a short version of a Buddhist sutta which contains the Buddha’s advice to householders about how to be prosperous and healthy. We will explore how this advice might be applicable to living in Portsmouth in 2016.

This is our weekly community gathering and all are welcome.  Join us for meditation,...
