With summer in the northern hemisphere fast approaching, and infections under control in many places, including here in the UK, lockdown restrictions are beginning to ease. What joy to be able to spend time together again! Some of us are making plans to go away on holiday, even if the choice of destination is somewhat limited.
We’re really proud of our new books this year and we think any – or all! – of them would make great summer reading. Whether...
The Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta is a foundational text in the Buddhist tradition, outlining a path of increasing awareness and wisdom. Over many years, Vajradevi has drawn on a range of approaches to the practice of satipaṭṭhāna: within Triratna as well as with U Tejaniya in the Burmese meditation tradition and some teachers of the Insight Meditation Society. What she offers us...

Most of us constantly look outside ourselves for something: happiness, love, contentment. But this something is not out there. ‘It’ is within us. In It’s Not Out There, Buddhist teacher and mentor, Danapriya, helps you to look inside yourself in such a way that life becomes...

We have exciting news.
Our production team, led by Michelle, has been hard at work on four meaningful new books for 2019. These books focus on inner reflection and transformation.
