Les travaux ont commencé ! The building work has started!

By Vassika on Tue, 18 Jun, 2019 - 15:04

I visited the Centre yesterday and already walls had disappeared and there was rubble everywhere! It’s very exciting to see the space changing shape.

Now I’m busy thinking about floors, kitchen units, paints and lighting…

I’m delighted to say that we have managed to pass the half-way mark with our fundraising, which is very encouraging, but we still need help to reach our target.

If you’d like to participate, please have a look at our fundraising page or centrebouddhisteparis [at] gmail.com...

I feel so fortunate to have worked for a charity that combined my interest in International Development with the Dharma.

I never ever would have...

By Satyalila on Wed, 26 Sep, 2018 - 19:15

Amalavajra’s Annals

In 1968 I was not even a gleam in my Dad’s eye, because he wasn’t to meet my Mum for another two years, on a ferry to a twenty-something villa holiday in Sicily.
