How do we practice Buddhism in the modern world?

After 2500 years, the Buddha’s teaching is still relevant, radical, practical and fresh. This four week workshop will give participants an introduction to the life and teachings of the Buddha, and all they need to begin their own practice! Basic meditation instruction will be given as well as an introduction to Buddhist ethics and wisdom teachings. Four consecutive Thursday evenings, May 30th to June 20th, 7-9pm.

Four consecutive Thursday nights, 7-9pm, beginning May 30th and finishing June 20th. Register here to ensure a place.

Offered with a suggested sliding-scale donation of $80-$40 for the whole course. You can donate through the Eventbrite registration link, through our website, or at the time of the class.
