We’ll start the month off on October 1st with a led meditation followed by small groups to discuss meditation practice. We will get into the problems, victories, and particular techniques in our practices and utilize our shared experience.

Knocked down by a van on a pedestrian crossing, she suffered many broken bones. Having regained consciousness she died later in hospital from brain trauma.
