This conversation took place at the International Order Convention 2013 in Bodh Gaya, India.

It’s a beautiful book, subtitled ‘Cooking with Metaphors’, and perhaps best described as a Buddhist meditation on the art and practice of cooking. Vimalabandhu, its author, was for many years chef at Padmaloka and Windhorse:Evolution.
