This talk was given at the Croydon Buddhist Centre in November 2015, as part of a theme of talks on Ethics, in the Saturday Morning Sangha Class.

It was initiated by the College of Public Preceptors, set up under the auspices of the International Council and is being overseen by a Working Group consisting of Kamalashila, Moksananada, Parami, Dhammarati, Saddhaloka, Tejananda, Vijayamala, Akasati, Jnanavaca, Viveka and Lokeshvara.
