Are interested in Joining a mens community in London?

Aryakaruna is a mens community  in a large lovely house near to Clissold park in North London. We are looking for a mitra or GFR mitra to join us. There are two order members and a GFR mitra as a good basis for sangha in the house . We are a practice based and ‘training’ community with a stress on having a regular meditation practice and involvement with Triratna.

It’s a grey, damp morning with a chill in the air.  But I walk over to the retreat centre thinking, as I often do: ‘How did I get so lucky, that this is my life?’  This isn’t publicity, it’s true.  I arrived at Taraloka in 2009 as a not-very-together mitra.  I got ordained through these conditions, I’ve personally changed so much, and I watch my friends in the community transforming too. 

Still, fourteen years later, I never wonder why I get out of bed...
