Our Stupa fundraising is going well- We have about $11,000 collected and need a total of $34,000 to actualize this dream to build a stupa dedicated to Dhardo Rimpoche. We still have a ways to go, but are feeling both inspired and optimistic. Day 1: A lot of mud; many languages

From International Retreat 2014 on Fri, 23 May, 2014 - 22:49The retreat has kicked off: lots of friendly faces, intermittent rain, a great deal of mud already. There is a rumour that someone has cleverly ordered a load of wellingtons (very British rubber boots) for delivery and sale tomorrow!

For a while, Bhante could just be seen sitting in his (warm, dry) conservatory on the other side of the garden.
