Every week I sit down to write this midweek inspiration (hopefully) and I wonder whether a groovy little quote profound words of wisdom from someone will help …..

And then part of me just says ‘you know that changing yourself is a fine art and you just have to be both committed and intrinsically interested; you can dress it up and make it sound appealing but at the end of the day you do it...

We are welcoming applications to join a 6-week Karuna Men’s Appeal this autumn (6th Sept to 18th October) led by Karuna’s very own fundraising hero Sanghanath.
