Participants will create personal precepts to help engage creatively with these challenges.

Regular meditation session from 10-11am is open to all. Those who wish to stay on for further Dharma study may do so.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage with teachings from the Buddha and his disciples throughout history. A great way to explore the richness of the Buddhist tradition and come away with practical advice to vitalize one’s own practice.

This workshop presents a great opportunity to take your practice deeper. We will have ample time to meditate and to discuss meditation practice. The workshop will be tuned towards the participants’ particular challenges and interests.
