What is it?
An invitation to pause, open to all the senses, and notice… write the noticing down in three short lines as a “haiku”. Write a few in turn, see what occurs to you. Update on support for Order members during the pandemic

Since March 19th, Abhayaratna Trust, the Order’s care network, has been in touch with Order members around the world who have been experiencing financial hardship as a result of the spread of Covid-19. So far, the charity has given modest grants to 23 Order members living in Mexico, the United States, Spain, India and the UK, and expects to give further grants in the coming months.

The majority of grants have been to those who are self-employed and badly affected by...

I’m writing on behalf of the Sikkha Project to invite you to an online training seminar: Communicating the Dharma Effectively Online. The seminar will take place on Saturday, April 18th at 9am and then again at 5pm UK time (BST), taking into account the needs of the different time zones. We hope people from around the world will be able to participate.

It was a shock to close the London Buddhist Centre for the first time in its history on 16th March....
