“Allt villkorat är förgängligt. Allt villkorat är otillfredsställande. Alla företeelser saknar jag[/själ].” -Buddha Dessa tre påståenden tar oss rakt in i hjärtat av Buddhas undervisning. De så kallade tre kännetecknen, lakshana, beskriver hur allt omkring och inom oss kännetecknas av förändring, av otillfredsställelse och av brist på inneboende essens. Men vad innebär detta egentligen och stämmer det överens med vår egna upplevelse? Hur hanterar vi förändringar? Hur förhåller vi oss till det faktum att vi alla åldras, blir sjuka och en dag kommer dö? Bär vi med oss identiteter som håller oss tillbaka? Föredrag och ledda meditationer från en kurs med Prakashadipa och Prasadacarin. Varje kännetecken utforskades under två kvällar.
